Marry nd go to SP jain will b neday better tahn getting married & staying at home(if that's what u meant by a gud housewife) but as per me the best thing to do will be to seek a postponment of ur marriage till ur studies are over.

Maary and rush to SPJain...that sounds like a sensible option now...
and the best thing is, discuss it with ur fiance, if he is ur childhood frn, he is the best person to judge/decide what has to be done...

hi there
now this a very interesting situation . i wud surely suggested u to marry n leave spjain if i wud have been in spjain waitlist but sadly i am not. but being an indian i m never shy of an opinion on the matter of marriage. now the question is too marry or not too marry .

now ideal condition wud be that u marry the guy and then go to sp jain but i guess he wud object to it. according to me in this case u have u decide acc to ur priorities. wt is ur dreaam ? is it to be a house wife or to have a carrer ? in the latter case u shud join spjimr its definately a opportunity of life time. according to me u just sit with this guy and discuss the situation and then work out somthing in which both of u r happy and let us know abt the decison.
cant u get engage rite now and marry afte two years like one of my friends shipra has done.
lokesh
p.s - if u decide to marry dont forget to invite me.

The best option wud be to discuus the problem with ur fiance......it`s best if the marriage can be postponed.

But if there is a problem with theat.....MArry and go to SP jain......

PS:some of the SP JAIN wait list guys might persuade u to just marry and forget SP JAIN............lol

neways....congrats and all the best........make sure i do get an invite,be it a virtual one

hiya.....
no probs...take it easy.....
i think......u shud marry....but also go to SPJIMR....
u dont get such chances easily.......
i think ur to be husband.....mite agree to dis....

just talk to him and his family...........
even if no postponement accurs u can marry and
go off to SP jain..........
but if it can be post poned and there wont be any probs....(wich seems difficult since preparations wud be in full flow now)
den try to get it post poned......

there are many...who marry and den go for MBA.....
so u wont be the alone case..........
chalo njoi i wud say...talk to ur to be hubby and go for marriage and den MBA....
cya,
Gaurav

Hi jhums,
That is a serious problem...
But why is not marrying an option for you ..??? You can marry him later,..??? If he has held on so long then why can he not hold on a bit more maybe for 2-3 more years..or is it you who cannot hang on for that time..????

Of the given option i will advise that you dont take up any..!!!!.... Just wait and c what happens... this is a test of your love and patience.... Pray that you pass it...!!!!!

Even the lure of a free meal will not allow me to advise you to take up marriage at this stage..and at the turning point of your carrer... so many things can change in two yrs,...are you sure that you can nullify your changes... ??? and what one of us said ...will any of you be able to shuttle between kol and mumbai...??? else is there any family accomodationavailable there...???? so many problems..if your parents are forcing you and if you succumb to there pressure..then methinks you will not be able to stand even the simplest of the MBA programs........

so use you brains....!!!!!
