IMHO, you should go ahead and marry. U can give the school a try next year - may be. It'ld be tuf but much easier than postponing a settled marriage and studying after a new marriage.

Placements, etc after marriage should not be a problem.

PS:I'm not on waiting list @ SPJ..

this is a very difficult dilemma. you wont feel joining spjain leaving your just married hubby. It totally depends on you what to choose.

One view:
You will be getting married soon and you want to enjoy your life and enjoy the days just after the marriage. You wont be getrting these chances again and again.this occasions like marriage comes only once. so this is the time to have a nice experience with your husband. And if you join spjain, you will always miss him like anything. So you wont be able to concentrate on your studies which may affect your result. if you think you are strong enough to concentrate on your studies then certianly you can go for this option.you can leave one oppurtunity (of spjain) for the other sweet oppurtunity( getting married and living with your hubby).
and if you are devoted you can clear the cat exam the next year and go 2 some iim.


the other side of the coin is
you may be tempted to join Spjain. who know's about 2morrow. kal ho na ho. so base don this funda you can grab watever oppurtunity comes your way. your husband will be there always 4 you. but if you miss this oppurtunity who knows whether you may get into it again or not.


so the ball is in your court. you have to decide. it's a difficult situation.
If i were you i would have got married and with the prior permission of my hubby i would have started preparing seriously for the next year cat and would have aimed for iim. in this way i will be living whole year with my hubby.

DON'T even THINK of giving up on S.P. Jain.
I think u should place ur career above everything else. Sure, u can marry, but then go to SP Jain, work hard, get a good CGPA, and then ...... companies won't select u....U WILL SELECT WHICH COMPANY, WHICH LOCATION during ur final placements

so ATB for both the marriage n the call. one of my friends got her marriage date fixed n then she got a call from infy. so she took friday n monday off ...
