Grado - no. You can't get it in India unless you want to pay Amazon for shipping all the way to India. I got an SR80 when my girlfriend went to the USA. Believe me, those babies are worth each penny. Superb sound quality.

You can get a indicative idea of Indian prices from eBay India - Online Shopping Mall: Free Auctions, Shop/Buy/Sell Mobiles, Cameras, Apparel, Computers, Bollywood Clothes & Indian Products and Compare India, both of which will show you Sennheiser prices. But my suggestion is still the HD201 which retails for 1200ish.

I have just bought Sansa Clip 2GB for 2200/- (price in chennai 1800!! but stock is always a problem)

Simple drag drop songs....hassle free transfer and cool 12hrs+ battery life, if u use FM (yeah it has got FM too)......battery backup will come down.....

But again as posted on this thread many times that it's all abt headphone/earphone which makes all the difference!!

Sansa Clip comes with decent earphone.......but adding Creative EP-630 will make feel u like king!!!!!

for around 3K (2200 + 800 for EP 630), it's good deal.. can be used traveling in trains, jogging etc

As name implies it's having clip so can be attached anywhere, like i use with my office tag!!!!

I went to a Croma yesterday and these were the following I could found worth investing:
1. Sennheiser HD201 - Rs 1290
2. Sennheiser HD202 - Rs 1590
3. Sony XD100 - Rs 1090
4. Sony XD300 - Rs 2990
5. Philips Noise Reduction - 2499

I havent tried any of these, but I found Philips NR quite impressive with features and nice look. But Sennheiser were the lightest among all of them. So, what do u suggest ? Still HD201 ?

I would say go for the HD 201 ... its an impressive one n value for money too...

Who says you can't get Dell at a store! Check out your nearest Croma, they will have Dell dealers there. In my opinion, Dell is the best. Their service kicks butt and the ability to customize is unparalleled.

PS: Did you get the Sennheisers?

But even in Croma they deliver the Dell laptops by online ordering. It takes around 3-4 workin days (minimum) to get it...my roomy has got one from croma...
