1. Drink lots of water.
2. Eat Fruits
3. Drink Milk as it hs got colling effect.
4. Use good face pack like ---> A good cleansing mix for dry/normal skin can be made with almond meal, oatmeal, milk and rosewater. For oily skin, try chickpea flour (found in Indian grocery stores) or oatmeal with yogurt and a little lemon and neem powder. If you use a toner, look for one without alcohol.
5. Keep your skin nourished with an herbal moisturizer.
6. Don't not go out in afternoon when temprature is very high.
7. Always use sun screen or sun block and when you go out always wear cotton clothes | Hi
I agree wid most of ur point.
But for point -3, i would suggest we should drink something hot before going out.
Coz some doc suggested me, if u drink hot (milk/tea) before going out, ur body temp inc a bit and then it becomes easy for ur body to acclimatiza to outside high temperature.
Any opinion on this is wecome. IMT-G(Finance)

for dandruff i know of two medicinal shampoos... Selsun and CANDID-TV...the only problem is that they are so strong that ur hair becomes dry after use..its advised that these shampoos not be used more than once a week but if the problem is severe it can be used twice a week for a few weeks...since ur hair become dry after use its advised to follow it up with a regular shampoo with will help restore the moisture...
Pls read the instruction on the bottle before use...
Hope it helps

It is always better to use ammonia-free colours. A number of brands, eg L'oreal, have released special ammonia-free colours. However, a drawback of ammonia-free colours is that they don't last very long.
There are many ways to take care of your hair after colouring. Apply hot oil regularly (You can use a mixture of standard coconut oil and almond oil. Even Bhringraj by Biotique is very good) and use a special shampoo with antioxidants to prevent the colour from fading. Always use a conditioner after shampooing to revitalise your hair and retain the moisture. Occasionally, you can steam your hair after oiling and before shampooing.
To retain moisture in the hair, as raniwi said, you can use conditioners. Also, you can use serums or things like Livon Silky Potion and Ms Marino Hair Smoothener. | | | | | The Following 5 Users Say Thank You to parulbajaj For This Useful Post: | | | | | |

And you know what? You can get different colours as well.. Add beetroot to mehendi to get a burgundy shade.. Add boiled coffee beans to get a brown!
