As temprature is raising day by day so it is very important to take care of our skin...
1. Drink lots of water.
2. Eat Fruits
3. Drink Milk as it hs got colling effect.
4. Use good face pack like ---> A good cleansing mix for dry/normal skin can be made with almond meal, oatmeal, milk and rosewater. For oily skin, try chickpea flour (found in Indian grocery stores) or oatmeal with yogurt and a little lemon and neem powder. If you use a toner, look for one without alcohol.
5. Keep your skin nourished with an herbal moisturizer.
6. Don't not go out in afternoon when temprature is very high.
7. Always use sun screen or sun block and when you go out always wear cotton clothes
