Nope. I can't agree that sylar eats brain. Remember he is the watchmaker's son. He understands "how things tick". While the show's directors try to show us that sylar eats away people's brain, they don't explain how he can incorporate those powers within himself. What does he do, can you explain? Absorb powers through his digestive tract?
According to me, Prison break is a much better show in terms of direction, storyline and also in terms of the characters. The thing wrong with Heroes is that it doesn't have a central character which can pull through the show. We tune into the show because of Michael and to marvel at his intelligence and presence of mind. Heroes doesn't have that. Plus, I think the dialogues in Heroes are pretty poor.
I somehow have grown a disliking towards many characters in Heroes, such as Claire and Peter. As I said earlier, I like Sylar. He has the wit, he is pretty suave and stylish characterisation. Peter's brother Nathan, who is the only good actor in the show, and yet doesn't get screen space quite often. I only find, that Heroes is a show full of pretty faces.
And yes, I really dislike Peter. I mean, the writer's project him as God. He has almost everything, and he can possibly shred Superman into bits. Yet, his incapacities are explained in such flimsy grounds. He doesn't seem a match for Sylar. The only thing I enjoyed were his interactions with Claude, the invisible man in season one.

Here is my evidence:
1) Season 1 Episode 18 "parasite": Sylar says to Mohinder, "Give me a damn list( of people with abilities) so I can sink my teeth in".
2) Season 1 Episode 21 "The Hard Part": Molly while talking to mohinder suresh refers to Sylar as the boogeyman, who will "eat your brain."
3) Isaac Mendez, Ted and all other victims of Sylar have their brain "missing". If Sylar studied brains, they would actually be there as he certainly doesn't collect them.

the only reason why Sylar isnt being actually shown eating brains is because the producers felt that it'd give a hackneyed vampyric-vaudeville feel to the show. You can check out more such fun facts about Sylar's life @ nbc.com/heroes. There's a whole legion of Graphic novels about the Heroes Universe there - which features some of the characters which havent had much screen time...remember Hana Gitelman? the one who saves the nuclear bomb guy from the desert in Season 1 ? She just made one TV appearance and then her character was bumped off the show

One more great online resource is the site primatechpaper.com. Find Sylar's biographical sketch (and how he gets his powers) there using the password GGeh81zu ;-) Happy Hero hunting

Hey thanks! Another very interesting character in the show is Angela Petrelli. I was wondering whether there were any other resources on Angela Petrelli? Her character remained unexplained in Season 2 not only in terms of her ability but also in terms of her intentions. There are many theories going around on internet forums about persuasion/precognition/ clairvoyance etc. But I am more inclined towards the transportation theory. She gets herself in the right place at the right time more than often.

Hmmm.....Persuasion can be ruled out. Precognition...... I don't think so. She has been wrong many times. Remember when she told Nathan that he would be the only hope for people and well be the President after the bomb goes off but later it is shown that .... It was to be Sylar. Transportation..... Isn't that Hiro (traveling through time and space).
Anyway, you guys remember when she successfully resisted Matt Parkman when he was forcing her to give in to his interrogation. I don't really think there has been a clue about her power. I think by now Peter or Nathan should have asked her like....... Mom, since it runs in the family ...... Whats your power????? They aren't really too smart are they.
Anyway, it was stated by Jeph Loeb and Jesse Alexander during a December 2007 Word Balloon podcast, that viewers have seen Angela Petrelli's powers used on the show, not by Angela but by Peter.
Well, we will have to wait till September to find out. It has been revealed that Angela Petrelli has moved into a powerful role at "The Company" for volume 3.
Apart from Knox (to be played by Jamie Hector), there is another addition to Heroes cast. That would be Officer Warren, a handsome police officer who may be a love interest for Monica (Dana Davis).
Also, it has been revealed that there will be another appearance from Future Hiro.
Quick, a trivia from Heroes:
If Masi Oka plays the character of Hiro, what character is played by Lestat in HEROES ?
(Answer will be posted tomorrow)

(For those who are wondering what this sign means)
This is " the Helix " meaning "God sending great ability."

Yeah could be. But then again in "Out of Time" Angela told Peter that he had to remember everything, and Peter suddenly had those visions and quickly remembered everything.
P.S This is for those who have watched Prison Break Season 3.Someone mentioned that PB is off air with the last episode of season 3 being telecasted. Yes, thats true, the last episode was shown on 18th february 2008, but the story remains incomplete and quite possibly the script writers are back on their job. Season 3 will definitely be completed and if the show is decided to be called off then the story will be given a proper end. Season 4 has not been renewed because of unsatisfactory ratings.
Anyway, personally it would be very abrupt because Michael has to get back to the "Company" because of the killing of Sarah, wouldn't it? And then there is the whistler's book etc. Fingers crossed! It is a great show and we don't want it to end just yet

there will definitely be more of PB...simply because the have found a money minting avenue...they're going to take it the LOST way
why else has a series of 15 episodes been streched to 3 seasons;-)
& about peter..i do agree that he suddenly remembered everthing...but then adam said that since peter can regenerate...his brain can survive the haitian's memory erasal by regenerating...
PS : hope adam comes back in villians...cause the villians in heroes are better than the heroes themselves:smile:...has anyone read the graphc novel...7 wives of kensei?
