While reserching for laptops on the internet,I read somewhere that dual processor arent suited for laptops coz of the overheating factors. They are best suited for desktops.
A little bit of researching mite help. PUMBA: India's finest, autonomous, university department bschool...

I agree ... a dual core in a laptop would mean that you will have to turn the AC ka mooh on the laptop.... have not seen anyone with a dual core tho.
Inspiron 6400 is a good machine... highly portable and would servive your regular wear and tear.
Most of the Managers in Dell;use Inspiron series laptops so it has been real weather tested in the mean streets of Bangalore Hyderabad and Chandigarh. All views my own...expressed with reference to the context of the impending pre MBA entrance interview.

Posting a little outside the boundary of this thread .. is it possible to make a Cellphone+Ipod+Carspeakerphone kit +car audio system talk via bluetooth /radiowaves. the plan is to have music in Ipod which can play in the car audio speakers and calls on the cellphone which can also be played aloud via the car audio speakers. Comments solicited. All views my own...expressed with reference to the context of the impending pre MBA entrance interview.

if u r looking at making the entire system wireless then i think its not yet possible as the music systems dont support bluetooth/wi-fi
but maybe it will soon be available..
