Squeamish has following meanings, which one you referred to, my friend for kimi may we know:
squeam·ish 
1.fastidious or dainty. 2.easily shocked by anything slightly immodest; prudish. 3.excessively particular or scrupulous as to the moral aspect of things. 4.easily nauseated or disgusted:
to get squeamish at the sight of blood.
Obviously 4th one is straight away ruled out.
So which one If we take the first one it means a person who is not easily pleased, one who gives careful attention to detail.Now if you meant this, then you cannot say this is Weakness for a F1 Driver.
Second one is obviosuly not true for him as Räikkönen is very calm, cool, and calculating in his race strategy - prompting the nickname "the Iceman", which is subtly written on the side of his current helmet design.
Maybe you meant delicate,Not agressive if i am not wrong. but I dont know why you say this if you have watched kimi last year or maybe when he was in Mclaren...If you see most of the drivers in F1 who are "Agressive" like Montoya types end up in only off circuit fights..not on the podium. Kimi has the ability to control his aggression..which is what Michael did...I am not trying to defend kimi but that guy deserves much more respect and command in my opinion..if it wasnt for Mclaren's reliability issues he would have easily won in 2005 and maybe in 2003.
I mean how can someone call Raiko not aggressive..he has done it so many times in his career coming from back of the grid to clinch a podium finish..Did u see this race..I dont think you can call it Squeamish in any way..the way he went on lapping the front runners one by one...he would been on podium..had he not went off the track fighting with kovalienen...the guy seriously is haunted by Bad luck issues otherwise you just cannot question his talent or his driving skills. For your information Kimi came into F1 by participating in just 23 races in his whole career out of which he won 13..now that speaks loads bout aggression and talent.

1.At the French Grand Prix Räikkönen suffered a ten-place grid-penalty following the replacement of his new specification Mercedes Benz engine which failed in Friday practice. Räikkönen, putting in what Ron Dennis called his best ever qualifying lap,

4.Italian Grand Prix-During the race, Räikkönen was forced to take an extra stop when his left-rear tyre delaminated, which dropped him down to 12th. Bahrain, Räikkönen suffered electronic problems during Friday practice and a rear suspension breakage during the first qualifying session, which forced him back to 22nd place on the grid. Nevertheless he drove through the field, ending third behind Alonso and Michael Schumacher.
