Reg 2007...it was clear ther was a bias against alonso in mclaren last yr...delaying his pitstop...not allowing him to get a flying lap in qualifiers...(for which mclaren had recieved a penalty..)
So 2007 doesnt prove a point....
Thou neither does alonso's 2006 line...as he had clear better car @ tat stage..still ferrari (schumi) made his life hell towards the end... | This is something I couldnt get via star sports but according to the vaious sites and ITV : Hamilton's tyre were shredded and ever after overtaking Massa, he would have pitted soon.
Anyways, the race is over and I still believe it wont be easy for Massa to take these 5 point lead away from hamilton.

Hamilton on pole again.....
lets keep our fingers crossed for the most important race of the season...
Lets look @ Winning combinations in shanghai that would make Hamilton the champion:-
1.) Win, with Massa finishing no higher than 5th.
2.) Finishing 2nd, with Massa no higher than 7th.
3.) Finishing 3rd, with Massa failing to score & kubica not winning. (unlikely to happen anyhow).
Though Hamilton deserves to win, I would still like Massa to closein on him tomorrow & then taking it right down to the wire in the last race. VGSOM, IIT Kharagpur Batch 2007-2009

But its over for Massa, but I hope he wins the Brazilian GP with ferrari 1-2 and Ferrari wins constructors.
Actually it should have been other way round:
Mclaren should win the WC as they were more consistent and reliable.
Massa should win it as no one predicted him to be in title hunt especially after Silverstone debacle.
But I guess, Lewis deserves it and sooner or later he was bound to win the WC.

Puys,
Its the last race of the season and here are few updates:
- Honda has preserved there testing mileage for the winter testing so that they can test KERS very well. No wonder Brawn always said: our focus is 2009
- Ferrari is behind the schedule for KERS and BMW leads the pack as they are in a good shape for next year.
- F1 needs to cut cost as majority of its sponsers are banks or other Financial related companies.
- Brazilian GP would be a wet race | | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
