i'll take your word and keep quiet till lewis wins this year's WC.Regarding quality of cars i meant ferrarri and mclaren have faster and stronger cars than the other teams(on an average).FA's positions as of now-------
4,8,10,ret,6,10,ret,8,6,11,4,ret,4,4,1 with 3 races to go.Just 1 podium finish and u say he's one of the top 5?i dont think so and certainly the drivers' points tally seconds me too.he is 7th overall.he was not happy at mclaren last year because hamilton was absorbing all the limelight, that's not expected from a 8 year old vetera.yes i still consider him to be a potent champion but he needs to show more consistency.kimi is no doubt the coolest of the lot

are results the only measure of a drivers performance...compare his car with even a bmw, and u ll say...tat renault is struggling...and still look at his position, standings...finishing 12/15 races...better than kimi...top 10 in 11 of those finishes...considering the fact hes fighting not just against other drivers, but also against a struggling., difficult to handle car, he has done a tremendous...even if he wudnt have won this gp, i wud have said hes doing tremendously well...
Make no mistakes...i hate FA, i was thrilled wen last yr Takuma Sato in a super aguri brilliantly overtook FA in a GP...but hes earned my respect...
btw regarding consistency, FA has scored pts in more than half of this yrs races...a feat i dont think anybody outside top 3 teams has done...maybe trulli (not sure)...
Wen u talk of consistency, first look at ur beloved hekki...FA is much more consistent than hekki...
PS: nothing personal...just for fun...

Me too - Not a big FA fan but have really started respecting him and admiring him the way he has handled Renault. He has scored 90% of the points for Renault. He looks more of a team man now then a brilliant individual.
Heiki... I guess, next year he has to prove himself else, Rosberg/kubica may be heading to Mclaren in 2010.
Now coming to next 3 races:
Mclaren and Ferrari are equally matched at CHina and Japan. If it rains on any of these circuit, then Mclaren or Lewis will have an upper hand.
Brazil...It suits Ferrari much better.
Hoping to see a strong and a brutal reply from Ferrari. Let the WC go down the wire and the best team, driver win it.

Reg FA being team man...well tat can truly be determined wen he has a teammate of comparable stature...but he looks more mature now...
Coming to last 3...
Brazil definitely favors ferrari...with massa more than determined to win his home GP...
Ferrari needs strong results in other two...not just for massa...now more necessary as mclaren have a 1pt lead in constructors...hope kimi wakes up and atleast helps ferrari win this...least he can do to repay ferrari for their faith in him...
But if it rains, then definitely its advantage team mclaren...
As Hamilton as said couple of weeks back...winner will be the one who commits lesser mistakes from here on out...
Ferrari has committed a blunder this weekend...so they hav to make up for tat...
Also Massa looks much more composed this yr...he doesnt take these dejections to heart now...he just comes out stronger...so m gunning for him to take the fight to lewis till the last lap of this yrs final race...

Massa definitly looks a better driver now and till now he has handled pressure very well. This is one of his best chance to win WC. Cant comment on next yr as KERS will be in place and I dont know, how will Ferrari behave with it.
I remember, at the start of the season, Ferrari was doing a good job and it was Massa who was commiting blunders, but in the 2nd half of the season, its the other way round. Engine blow ups, pit problems, leaving tyre blankets on kimi's car for too long....Very very unlike Ferrari.
Thats why I believe: Massa should win the WC and Mclaren the Constructors.

Interesting...come th think of it ur correct...this yr ferrari hasnt looked tat solid...Massa has done all he can, but ferrari has let him down...
But still i want ferrari to win...
Hope ferrari does a better job in last 3, so tat massa has to do all his fighting only on the track, not in pits...

Thats a typical Tifosi speaking from the heart(even i am one)
Anyways, news from F1 world is:
- Kimi has equalled his and schumi's record of posting 10 quickest lap in a season. Mind you there are 3 more races to go and Ferrari is hoping he will break the record and wont break his car.:sly:
- Heidfeld might shift to Honda
- F1 constructors have suggested that Friday should be made more spicy by introducing a race for 45 min whose winner will get $1 million. This will definetly spice up Fridays and give drivers a better chance to study the track.

Sad...love how heidfeld just glides the car...definitely the most smoothest driver arnd...
But an opening nonetheless...maybe FA or Vettel, even Rosberg might benefit from this...But i guess Vettel has already signed contract for next yr...
