Kudos to Alonso!
Nico rosberg.... Driver to watch out for! I am sure keke Rosberg will be one happy father.
Surely Singapore Gran prix has a left an impression! I am sure we will have more night/street races. Hope Delhi does another singapore! will be there when that happens!

One of the worst days for Ferrari. Just when both of its drivers looked pretty well off. This race would have provided the much needed boost to Kimi.
Massa was excellent and looked set to take the lead, and in the meanwhile Kimi was closing in on Hamilton too.
But alas, Piquet:new_ukliam2::death:   :fis t:
Even then, that technical snud did Massa in.
Sad, dejected, ripped apart.
Both the reds (Man U and Ferrari) seem to be dng bad.
But, but, but, Alonso was indeed SUPERB.

A race after a long time for me.
Wow! Alonso did it. And also, I should add that Piquet did it too . After all, the only thing that can be expected out of that chap is to extend his support to his more "illustrious" team mate in the best possible way, like yesterday
And Ferraris and its drivers are doing it too, quite consistently. Massa still needs pole positions so that he need not overtake anybody and Kimi, as usual drives as if he doesn't give a bleep , and I respect him for that
The biggest winner is, of course we-know-who.
Vettel's doing good too. He needs more than RBR next season.
Cheers

I'm sorry.. are we talking about hamilton and THE Schumi ?? :sarcasm:
This is where my bias comes in.. You may compare Schumi with Sena but Hamilton.. please tell me that you're joking !! Sena was prolly a better driver than Schumi.. but if you look at where ferrari were before Schumi took them to those heights you'll know the difference between the 2 (Sena n Schumi, I mean).. The only 2 things hamilton has in his favour are :-
1) A debut from Mclaren's pits.
2) A "hero" crazy British media.. I mean c'mon.. they start a sport and someone else from the other side of the hemisphere beats 'em black and blue. They need a Messiah and they're amplifying his success.. (hell.. they won 1 ashes in 15 years and they call it the greatest series ever.. they rated Tim Henman as the best player never to reach a grand slam final ) the guy hasn't even won a WC and is been compared with the greats.. Crass, I say !!

Re: [2008]F1 Season -

i meant hamilton's aggressive driving is similar to schumi's
ferrarri is the financially strongest team and it has the best cars
still hamilton lead till the last race last year and this year too he is the numero uno
that speaks of what he is made of
we have seen promising drivers fade in the recent past--ralf,hakkinen,trulli and now alonso
i feared his debut season's success might bring about his downfall
but hamilton has dismissed all such fears and is growing strong each day
he has age on his side(something which kimi doesn't)
if he keeps the same standards all throughout, schumi's records won't be safe in another ten years
it seems wild to compare the two, like comparing pato and pele
but by 2018 i'm sure lewis will be placed alongside the all time F1 greats

Those are lots of IFs and BUTs my friends.
Hamilton cant be compared to schumi. He has got an excellent and a crazy media to support him. I think Vettel, Rosberg and Kubica are equal to hamilton or may be better then him.
If u think Schumi's record will be under threat, well thats a long time away. FA will be back in WC contention next yr or when ever he switches to Ferrari. Watch out for Vettel, kubica, rosberg - These three will surely come good once they get the right car.
I want to see 2010 as:
Ferrari - Massa, FA (Assuming that Kimi retires)
Mclaren- Hamilton, Rosberg
BMW- Vettel, Kubica
And these 3 teams should compete for WC

Kovalainen is a potent driver and I don't think McLaren will leave him,FA and Massa for the same team?I doubt.Anyways coming to Lewis,I have to keep quiet now as he still needs time to prove my predictions, but I am sure he can do it.I am surprised by the doubts risen even after seeing his performances in his first two seasons

Alonso fade...how the hell did you come to tat conclusion...
if i was to rate top 5 drivers this yr...alonso wud definitely be ther...he truly has been Mr. Consistency...alonso is a double world champ...just hope he gets into a better car next yr...
If u wer to compare the scarlet and mclaren's car...on wat basis does ferrari have the best car...Check the no of races were cars have left drivers down...Ferrari has faced far more probs this yr...also straight line speed-wise both are more or less same...but mclaren has better stability...
Reg Schumi's records...let the guy win a WC first...then we will c...similar talks wer on wen alonso was leading on way to his 2nd WC...but schumi stamped his class on tat yr...even thou alonso won WC, but schumi took it right down to the wire...

There can't be any better partner for FA, I think. Massa is a lil subdued while FA is all about glitz and glamour. There won't be any rivalry between the 2 drivers.

He is a good driver.. one of the most aggressive drivers I've seen but, you have to remember :-
1) He has started his career with Mclaren. (Big point to remember.. give Takuma Sato a Mclaren or a Ferrari and I'm sure he too will have a podium finish against his name).
2) He still is a little too cocky (read childish).
3) He's yet to come from behind and prove his mettle. (you know.. like having a season or 2 off.. not having the comfort of starting with a big name etc.)
I'd any day rate Vettel above hamilton because of the above mentioned points (well.. 1 n 2, actually).
