I dont think so it is so evident right now that Massa will become the main driver for Ferrari this season. Following are the reasons for my belief:

1.Both drivers have won 2 races each (when did Massa win 3 consecutive races  Were u refering to 3 wins at Turkey? )

2.Both Drivers are not on same platform...reason being Kimi suffered engine failure at the start of the season and now in one race we find kimi with new engine and he wins the race and in next race massa with new engine takes the victory (since a driver has to compete 2 races on same engine). So we cannot say who is better unless and until both are on common platform.

So the Scenario looks like this
Malaysian Grand Prix : Kimi with new engine takes victory Massa did not finish
Bahrain Grand Prix : Massa 1st (New Engine) Kimi 2nd (with old engine)
Spanish Grand Prix : Kimi 1st(New engine) Massa 2nd (old engine)
Turkish Grand Prix : Massa 1st(New engine) Kimi 3rd (old engine)

So everything looks even they are just exchanging places till now...so loooking at the trend looks like Kimi should win at Monaco..keeping my fingers crossed  But i feel both cars of ferrari are evnly matched...so this says a lot bout ferrari who cud have given a better car to kimi (since he was last time's champion) but i feel they are doing a good job by inviting this healthy competition within the team

Mclared and Ferrari are at it , as ususal.

Kimi topped the first practice and Hamilton topped the 2nd practice.

Somehow I still fill the circuit suits the Mclaren more but I m sure with rains predicted for the weekend, it will be an interesting race.

Rain at Monaco is always a treat

It will spice up the race even more.. With BMW , Ferrari and Mclaren couple of others may join in too.. On the other hand it might even turn out to be a dud with race leader leading by a mile..

Lets see what Ferrari does to match the pace of Mclaren this weekend.. Even if they dont win, Points are vital..

Ferrari have been matching McLaren all thru...sometimes even outpacing them...So i am not worried abt Ferrari scoring points...wat i wanna c is d battle betn Massa and Kimi...both r smart enuf to learn frm McLaren's example last yr...Looking forward to the healthy competition...
It wud b interesting if one of the McLaren's wins d race...

Na re ofcourse in all the races except Australia, Ferrari have outclassed Mclaren, at times it was close but Reliability from Ferrari prevailed. But this track hasnt suited them last year too with Mclaren winning by a huge margin. So there is an obvious advantage for Mclarens here, so i think it will be challenging to match the pace, let alone compete at this moment.

Even after seeing Thursday Prac, Hamilton seems to be right on target. The pattern has been that Ferrari are generally strong on Friday and it has been BMW or some random team on Saturday but surprisingly Mclaren matches pace during flying laps at Qual. and they are normally very fast during races too as witnessed in last race when Hamilton was toe to toe with Massa. So now that they aced Thursday Practise, i feel they will still be dominant during the race.

Ofcourse we know what Monaco is famous for suprises so we can expect anything on Raceday

An all Ferrari lockup at the front row of the grid in Monaco - this is first for Ferrari after 1979

Qualifying Results:
1. Massa
2. Kimi
3. Hamilton
4. Kovalienen

I think Kimi and the Mclarens are heavier than Massa, however a superb drive by the Brazilian. Mclaren, as almost everybody were in a state of shock after the qualifying.

Race predictions:
1. Kimi
2. Hamilton
3. Massa

Its expected to rain tomorrow in the race, that would spice up the contest in the principality. Hoping for a great race.......:smilecol:

Cheers!
