Whr are Cheap-Old-Used books ??

Hi Delhiites!

I'm very much inspired by the "Some books i've read and..." section. But i really find it difficult to collect such great books at low cost. I seriously cud not buy all the original books from Times Books Shop, Oxford, Bookmark, etc. all the time. Delhiites pls tell me from where do u get the cheap books. Used books will also work. Display ur location maps pls.... show me the way....

best place to buy novels..magazines etc. is to buy them second hand from the road-side vendors at cp...they are scattered all throughout the inner circle..

I'm from delhi, and am looking for shops where i can get some material for CAT.
I nkow there are tons of shops... does anyone know where?>?

There's very little time left... pllllllllease tell me if you know where to find :

2. RC material.
3. Decent QA books...

try nayi sadak i.e chandni chowk area.. there is no book which is sold in india and not available there.. infact its most ideal place for seconed hand and pirated books... all u hav to do is bargain heavily.....

Hi puys,can anyone tell me if there is any such place in gurgaon where one can buy books second hand. Also, I want to buy :the knife of never letting go", is there anyone who could tell me some place i could get it in ggn, apart from the malls and book stores in DLF.Thanks

There are may places in Delhi where u can find 'old books'.
The Inner Circle of Connaught Place(people sitting on the foothpath) , dariya ganj market , naye sadak and palika bazzar.

One can get even CAT material from Naye Sadak and any kind of book from palika.
I had bought all my Engineering prep books from Naye sadak only.
They have cheep and good quality books.

If any one wants to know the exact location of the book shops there , means to reach , PM me . I will help u get there.

and yes.. remember to bargain a bit.. like 20 % to 30 % .. specially if u buy from CP

In gurgaon there is 'Ashok pustak bhandar' and 'Mangla book shop'.
These shops r in the market near the post office.
They keep all the books related to CAT , non CAT or novels.
Even if they dont , u just order him and they will get it within 3 days.

I have the shops phone number and address , in case u need it PM me .
