Hi People, I was away for a while but i see no activity. Wll a back and I wrote in a huge post but it could not get posted ....now i will rewrite and put it later.

Ama yaar hum do din Lucknow kya gaye, is thread par activity ka alam bilkul sifar chhu raha hai, ama ya koi acchi baat nahi hai, khuda na khasta yahi haal raha toh admin ki chhuri is thread pe chal jayegi aur phir hamen na kahna ki mian aggah nahi kiya tha....

So you can see I am yet to get over the Nawabi hangover.....

As I discovered in Lucknow, that 21st century Lucknow comes complete with Bombay style swanky malls and crowds that look the same, act the same and even speak english with the same flourish thanks to exposure to the same media of Telly, Internet, radio etc....

So as I went into one these malls and discovered an HP fansite book full of predictions for book 7.....well, borrowing from Rita Skeeter, I can say that I could manure my garden with the contents of that book....

But I flipped over to the entire chapter Dedicated to Snape and got an impression that contents on this thread can give it a run for its money...it touched upon many aspects..

1)Snapes Loyalty....he might be out just for himself, no ones friend...

2)He might endow lily like magical protection on Harry by Dying while saving his life from Voldy, putting voldy in a fix...

3)He wants revege from Voldy cos he killed Lily, his love...Unlike other Slytherins, Snape was not a pure blood and did not hate muggle borns as much

4) And it had a filmy masala, saying Snape will give Voldy a peep in his brain by dropping his occlumency guard to let him know why he was after his ass....

6) I forgive that book cos it termed Snape as the second most powerful wizard alive after Voldy, provided Dumby is not dead....

Finally it looks like that Snape is after Voldy ever since Lily died and he will do all he can to get back at him.

My verdict----the book writes 20 pages on Snape and all it says is...''WE KNOW GHANTA ABOUT SNAPE..''

not only lucknow man, the entire nation is gripped by the potter.. err..snape mania. he's such a mysterious character, none can perfectly predict wat turn his character will take in book 7. vaise talking about fansites have u visited some of the fansites on the net wherein they post various fanfics related to the hp series? snape is an enigma even there, with every fanfic portraying him in a different way. btw, they do make a good read, those fanfics. of course can't compare them to jkr's works, but some of them are more than time pass stuff. more often than not, u'll find harry's hidden powers awakening and transforming him into a wizard as powerful as merlin (they consider merlin as the greatest). voldemort is short work thereafter. of course won't get to see any such thing in the deathly hallows, will we???

Guys, now I have come up with another story inspired by a casual remark on the same thread some time ago. Somebody suggested a chukker of time travel and that Harry was Dumbledore himself and some thing like that.

Now when I come to think of it, I see a certain weight in the speculation that Dumbledore indeed travelled through time. You see, all through book six, there were large swathes of time when dumbledore was totally unaccounted for, he made it to look like that he was on the Horcrux hunt, but cant it be that Dumbledore, who happens to be the one to suggest using the time turner to save Sirius, was using it to go to THAT point in future when Harry was fighting Voldy in order to Help him out??? and considering that he was dead in the intervening period, it must be real cool to fox Voldy with the appearence of a dead man....

The odds that I would end up with an egg on my face with this theory are pretty daunting...maybe nine on ten.....but then speculation ka yahi toh maza hai...

Dekte hai Potter Voldy se kis tarah loha leta hai....aur voldy kitne me deta hai

Aj poora ek hafta ho gaya, is thread pe ek post nahi hai, Harry Potter movie is releasing shortly, but I can understand, we are JKR puritans, and many of the regulars on this thread have proclaimes HP movies as gross sacrilage....so its ok

Anyway, I dont want this thread to feel neglected cos over the months it has grown pretty close to my heart, so from today I will post atleast once a day, chahe aur koi aaye na nahi.

I will talk to myself till they send me to agra....
