Closing this thread. Move on, be good and be friendly Enough has been written and tons more can be written. We have spent hours discussing our decisions and have spent sleepless nights and so have some of you.

Let me put this straight - What has happened is required and may have been long overdue. This wasn't an easy decision - but this was the best way forward according to us. Is it a one shot solution to the problems that have cropped up - NO. But is this a start - YES.
