I have taken up a venture capital project for developing a website that will act as an online enncyclopedia for the corporate and management fraternity. The website is a wiki oriented site and requires to be developed as a database of the management terminology. Its different from wikipedia because
- we cater to niche smaller that wikipedia and segmentation is the key to profits in cyber space
- we will be more than an encyclopedia- we will not only focus on catering the audience with monotonous theories and definitions but we will talk about strategy and pragmatic application of the modern management.
- we will aim at integrating the management student and professional fraternity all over the world and thus wud promote a global body of management intellect.
Now i am lukin forward to building up a competent team that can work with me under my leadership to develop this site in an year's time not as an employee but as an owner cauz we are luking for equity particapnts rather than wage employees.
