Could have posted this in one of the older threads, where it might not have got noticed by too many.
But I thought this programme merits a wider audience.
The Late Nobel Prize winning economist Milton Friedman did something remarkable twenty six years ago.
He did a serial of 10 episodes for PBS Television titled 'Free to Choose'.
Each episode deals with Friedman's ideas about different public policy issues.
Every episode lasts for about an hour, comprising of an half-hour documentary followed by 20-30 minutes of stimulating discussion with distinguished guests (typically dissentors of Friedman's ideas).
The entire 1980 series (all 10 episodes) as well as the updated 1990 series is now freely available on Google Video.

A Must-watch for all of us.
Guess it would be gr8 if we can discuss some of the ideas in this thread.
