Dont worry about your 45 groans! They will increase and you will soon be the most most groaned at personality ( :eh: ) of the year
Okay, let me get this straight. I have 50 thanks, 45 groans. You have 3 thanks and 12 groans. Technically speaking....oh what the heck, let others judge you.

My gosh, how do you live with yourself. You have so much hatred for men. Anything and everything related to men is baseless, thoughtless and....ya spineless (women's favourite word). I don't understand your argument. If I speak the truth, you say that I am having misogynistic views. I am not saying that your argument is baseless or thoughtless or spineless(oop, sorry to use the word) to yourself, but I guess nobody will understand your defense system.

You have guts? Yes, I completely agree to that looking at the number of groans I have received for speaking the truth. Losers? Ya whatever you feel like. But hey, if you really think you have the guts, then you could have argued instead of mocking like a immature kid.

Pupil! If you are so worried about it why dontcha take all the men who support you and sit on a dharna outside the Parliament! After all, you want to do something about it right?

So do it the right way. Your posting and groaning spree on this forum would not help the cause because your voice aint reaching the correct people!!

Edited later to add: This post will again be edited! My mock is more important
Oh I see, so you are doing a research on my post. So do let me know how you came to the conclusion that my posts aren't reaching the correct people. Your input is important for me, don't you think so? I am glad that atleast you do agree that my cause is justified. Oops, was that a blunder on your side to admit that? Think about it.

Re: Male dominated Society: How true is the cliche? - 05-11-2006, 10:05 AM

Guys, we are screwed now.

At a two-day workshop in the city by New Delhi-based WomenPowerConnect that began on Friday, activists called for the immediate passage of the Bill and suggested some changes in the draft drawn up by the National Commission for Women, so that if any woman files any false complain, she should not be prosecuted. (Do you think this is gender equality?)

WomenPowerConnect, a coalition of 450 women's groups and individuals (all male-hating feminists) including its Calcutta partner Stree Shakti said, "We wouldn't like the cases to drag on, but we must ensure that no women should be prosecuted for the lack of evidence. Only her word should be taken as truth. (Men are born liars, right? And women never ever lie. That means she will not be asked to prove her false allegations. Guys, we are screwed)

The activists said that an 'enabling environment' which will encourage a woman employee to go ahead with her complaint as there should not be any punishment if she fails to prove her complain. (Encourage? Encourage to file false complaints and still get away with it and the innocent guy's career is destroyed.)

Implications:
Now guys, beware. If your female colleague decides to destroy you, she does not have to prove her false complaint of sexual harassment. Imagine!!!!!!
Even if YOU can prove her complaint as false, still she will not be prosecuted. Women want us to live in jail and want our sperms. Thats all.
Now only a moron and mentally retarded jerk will not react on this.
Now you see guys, what these feminists are trying to do? And they call us misogynist when we fight for justice. What are they then? They are male-hating women who are determined to suck men's blood, legally.
When Domestic Violence Bill was already paralysing men in the house, now they want to paralyze men in the workplace too.
Don't just sit there and do nothing. FIGHT. FIGHT FOR JUSTICE. THE RIGHT TO SCREW YOU HAS BECOME THEIR LEGAL FOR WOMEN.

Now that I am going to have a lot of time on my hands... atleast for one week

Pupil... calm down man
Things like putting a man in jail after a woman just complaints about him is never going to become a law... That is simply not going to happen...
If this is ever passed I will join this protest myself at a national level

Other than that... the problem with such laws is false accusations maybe... But that can still happen... If your woman wants... she can frame the daylights out of you even now... The point is... to screw with a woman's life is easier for a man to do... And hence purely statistically speaking a law slightly in favour of woman as in giving the "benefit of doubt" is not a bad idea... Though equality of law should be a goal...

And in any case why continue living with a husband/wife who wishes to accuse you falsely... At the end of the day if there is no evidence no can touch you... And that fundamental aspect of the Law can never be changed... I think this law has got to do more with the operational effectiveness part of the law because the police and lawyers have a tool to use in the most obvious cases of woman harassment which is a problem currently...

The problem in India is not that Divorce rates might go up... The real problem is that there are too many unhappy marriages where husband and wife live together purely because society thinks divorce sucks... To a certain extent at a macro scale its better if divorce rates go slightly higher... because it will indicate Indians are beginning to think for themselves and not religiously following the strictures of society around them for their entire lives... Mind you I aint saying marriage sucks But there are too many unhappy marriages some of which are better of ending up in divorce... Ofcourse it does not sound nice to society... But society doesnt live under one roof... so they shouldnt get to decide...

K

Guys, Pupil was just trying to have a look at the less discussed aspect of gender inequality.
However, some people started baying for his blood.

Now as Warrior pointed out , we are groaned at by every Teena,Dolly and Harshita. I am sure we are being looked upon as chauvinists, perverts and what not.

Now, imagine Candybean and Soumya can be wives of some person.
If that husband has some spine (in the quantity Candybean prefers of course)
and say NO when he feels otherwise, I dont think these two would think twice before beating him up and taking him to the Thana.
And if the police inspector is unmarried and oblivious to the schemes of Durgavahinis or worse still, is apathetic to the situation, what would happen to the poor man??

I reiterate, I dont intend to travestise the isssue to illtreatment of women.
However, what we are discussing is that many women have the best of both worlds.I dont intend any pun here.

Yes many people would opt out of marriage.

@ candybean and soumya- I think it is foolish to groan at every post.I am not going to do so in retaliation any longer.

im afraid he was not doing that.....the highlights of his posts are how women are cunning and crafty creatures........how almost every woman will misuse the law to her full advantage, etc. etc....his posts are completely biased and preposterous.....full of fallacious and ad hominem arguments.....that's y they dont make sense.......one need not drown someone else to keep themselves afloat...if he would present his case in an unbiased and logical way, then that will do some good to his cause.....

how did u even have the cheek to say that?!.........first of all, u people and pupil (rather, ur guru) try to demean women...and now when that dint suffice to prove ur absolutely ridiculous arguments, u have fallen as low as demeaning individual members of this forum?!!!!...
