and if someone nearby in that city needs blood( of ur blood group)
they can contact you

and it is VERY active group ....and has helped thousands of people
and in case(god forbid) u need blood yourself ...u can visit the site
and get the name of the people nearby who are willing to give it to u fo free

sounds decent enough to me

Firstly... Good topic.. I never looked down upon u for starting the topic; instead i was trying to point out to a few things in ur post..."better position"... thats it!!!

You mentioned about me starting with social work right now, well to say the truth, I do my bit, how ever small it may be.

But doing something in a bigger scale requires more resources and a bit more support. I can do that only when I am in a 'better position'. (I am not promoting myself). Thanks for the thought.

Hmmmmm.....More resources... More support... I understand.. u dont need a better position to get those stuff... u need some time & the interest... there are lots of ppl who want to do lots of social work... but only a small percentage gets converted to action... Simply becos, they dont have the avenues.... catch hold of them...Try to use whatever lil resources u have.... are u getting me... :!: :!: :!:
