@Maheshwar....Pal, thats why i asked your steps first!! I dont think my first point is illogocal as our farmers could use better techniques for irrigation & better seeds!!Of the second point was from the view point of goverment!!

Here are few other steps:
1.Education has to be the prority.
2. Use the loans & subsidies provided with govt efficiently.
3. Family planning - one kid.
4. Share knowledege among the farmers by forming some knid of commitee which will discuss the new things which are boon and bane for agriculure.
5. vote for the candidate promising bijle ,pani ,sadak rather promoting any religion or caste!!
6. Will request govt for some kind of help on weather forcast as a drought or flood could be disastorous!!

Thats the point.

Because farming is not small thing. It also involve different taks to be performed.

1 child will help in farm another will do business of crop they have got.

if i were a farmer i wud go on strik and tell the indian govt and junta to get their act together and help out the agrarian community in reality and no just do lip service. apart from tht i wud vote to elect a good govt and educate myself about the various techniques related to improvement of agriculture.

Dont think its feasible for farmers to go on strike as alrady slogging whole day they earn miniscule amount & if they go on stirke, only god can save them!!
