There's no fuss. This is a doozy. I checked all the 13-letter words in the English language, including those borrowed from other languages. About 7,850 of them.
The only word that would match the above pattern, if the size of the blanks between the letters were more flexible, is "chastisement".
The answer however is some weird word called "chathuringmes", which is supposed to be a synonym for "worms". In what language, is unclear.
Worms are bait used by fishermen, so they love them. Doctors hate worms that need to be removed from patients' stools. Kids love worms, which is the customary shape of the jelly candy.
In any case, you may want to take a look this: You said SMS? How puzzling!-Kanpur Times-City Supplements-NEWS-The Times of India [TOI]

Did you by any chance check the date the original post was posted? That was 2.5 years back. But surprisingly I am still here to reply. I had clean forgotten this thread. Actually I had totally forgotten this clue - my last one that was left unanswered till you dig it up 2.5 years down the line.
But a few minutes of thought reminded me. To answer your question you are wrong. I can't give clue because it will become very simple.
But this is good time for these kind of threads. Creativity is at its peak in the time between end of CAT and start of B-school.

I did check the date and posted for a good reason that you are still around. Should confess that I was pleasantly surprised to see a prompt reply and its indeed a very good time to keep the thread going.

hmm I used to..but that was a very long time back(may be 2-3yrs). But I see that in previous posts, you mentioned that Anna and pia are used as in usual crossies, and Anna as such in crossies is used as she/her..I'm not familiar with PIA thing though.

Anna and Pia are bothe names of girls. Anyway the answer was Turkey.
Anna told Pia sounds line Anatolia, you can get the word by removing the n,d and p. That is what I meant by usual crossies. In crossies they add some extra letters to a word and then make other words instead of anagrams. So Anatolia is the old name of most of the regions currently in Turkey.

Dunno if you're a purist(crossword). But in general the 'clue' as such should have a definition and proper indicators(for anagram, it's like somehow, spoiled..et al and for deletion there are without, decapitated etc). Also there can be &lit clues where in the definition is not specifically mentioned. Anyway, the point here is I'm not sure if that clue was 'easy' without proper indicators (No offence meant but I was to discuss this clue in the last sunday meeting at barista but I couldn't make it).
Next clue:
Dirty room perhaps(9)
