Well gaurab_26.
After the operation, u need to rest ur eyes for atleast a week and do not do much work, eg. computers which would strain ur eyes. Also, u need to avoid bright light as ur cornea isn't capable of handling that much brightness immediately after the operation. U should also protect ur eyes from dust and wear protecting glasses (they normally give that to u). Head bath is also to be avoided for 7-10 days. After a week, u can get back to ur work, but make sure u rest ur eyes adequately and apply drops at regaular intervals as specified.
