Ahem..Bolton are currently on the pitch at the Reebok, playing Sunderland today!!! If they win, they'll be almost certain of a place in the league next year(3 points and a goal difference of at least +9 going into the final gameweek.)
Don't expect that to get covered up on the final day!!

what a last round of games we will get to see....
close finish at top..and even closer finish at bottom.
Sunderland, middelsborough , wigan safe (we'll be seeing chopra next season too)...
its half time at reebok stadium and bolton lead by a goal by Diouf..
come on toons.... show your spirit and get something from the game against chelsea....
we are so close to premier league title...
wigan are safe too.....all credit should go to Steve Bruce, no one gave him a chance.. i clearly remember espnstar pundits saying that he is going to wigan only for money and wigan can not survive the drop this season...guess what espnstar pundits are proven wrong yet again..
and bruce please don't say somehing in praise of united or SAF or you might be sued by avram grant....lol...

if fulham does make it , it would be the greatest comeback of all time.
sunderland are beginning to look a stable team. never did they look like being a part of the relegation dogfight.
rumour has it that the management is planning to allocate a budget of 80 million $ for the transfers the coming season. i say , get kaka into the fold
some of the earlier posts in the forum suggested that we should be banking on the tie to be played at st.james.
come on , Of all the teams , newcastle? its pretty simple , win against wigan at the JJB. end of!
favour from keegan? , ya right!!!!

Bolton have all but sealed it now....+11 in GD....so they too are safe after Wigan..!!!
Hmm..Man Utd off to Wigan now...funny..that SAF plays his close buddies Curbs n Bruce in the penultimate games..no wonder Grant is crying hoarse conspiracy..!!! Guess if ur in the business for 15+ yrs, most of the managers become your friend..!!!
Aston Villa too have a chance at Europe provided Everton lose tomm to Arsenal, and Villa win their final game..!!
Things to look fwd to on final day :
Wigan vs Man Utd
Chelsea vs Bolton
----------------------------
Portsmouth vs Fulham
Derby vs Reading
Birmingham vs Blackburn
-----------------------------
Any updates on the championship as to who are playing the play-off's n who got promoted ? Stoke City very close to promotion I guess..!!
Promises to be a SUPER Sunday...dnt forget Newcastle vs Chelsea on Monday b4 that..!!
P.S: Can anyone inform me how to create your own thread in PG ??!!

Re: Football Club -

Well this threads been moving a lot faster than usual these days .. nice to see a lot of new faces contributing regurlary..
As far as my contribution goes.. nothing much to say.. Arsenals seasons officially over today. West Ham going down to United puts an end to the slim, unrealistic chance gunners had of coming out as unlikely winners:neutral:...
kudos to ronaldo.. he proves one again how he can single-handedly pulverise weaker opponents.. he was in my fantasy team aswell, so no complaining here ..
Some news from the Arsenal camp..
Arsenal has announced the departure of Chief Executive Keith Edelman. This might just turn out to be a boon for us. His const-consiousness is known to have not gone down well with Wenger..
Keith Edelman exit may boost Arsenal spending | Arsenal - Times Online
Flamini looks all set to leave.. As sad as it might be to accept, i dont expect to see Flamini at the Grove next season. He has reportedly told teammates that he's goin the AC Milan.. Mathieu Flamini to leave Arsenal for AC Milan - Football News - Telegraph
Arsenal cant quite match what he would be offered in Europe.. Inspite of being the 3rd richest club in the world acc to Forbes (after United and Real Madrid) we still have a $360 million debt(against the stadium) and Wenger belives he has to "respect the wage structure"..
Sad :icon_cry:.. flamini could have become a great as arsenal..
It should all be clear in a couple of days
Niko Kranjcar's father has confirmed that Arsene Wenger's interested in Niko
: Sky Sports | Football | Premier League | Arsenal | Kranjcar confirms Wenger interest
And here's some old link that a fellow gooner send me. Arsene revealed we were “close” to signing Christiano Ronaldo before he signed for United.. Arsenal.com Wenger - We were close to signing Ronaldo
interesting to say the least
I'll post the soccergod results as soon as the site's updated (or swagat will).. atleast theres one place where my team is still No.1
cheers till next time..
