What a game!!! Finally Grant has done what the Special one hasn`t been able to do!!!
But before I go over board I feel like kicking Avam!!! Absolute idiot!!
Why the hell did have to play Essien at RB???? With Essien at RB it took a lot out of Chelsea!!! But luckily Kalou decided to hit top gears at the right time while Drogba had a decent games!!
Even though Lamps scored the goal I felt he & Joe Cole were not upto the mark!!
My Ratings for the game for Blues!!
Cech --> 6/10 would have been higher if not for that stupid Babel goal!!
Ashley Cole --> 7/10 He did his job!! Nothing spectacular
terry --> 7 / 10 --> decent Game!!
Carvalho --> 7/10 --> Decent Game!!
Essien --> 8/10 --> Driving the game from RB at times!!
Maka --> 7/10 --> Did a god mopping up job!!
Lamps --> 6/10 --> A normal game by his high standards but understandable after the turmoil he had to go thru last week!
Ballack --> 7/10 --> gr8 free kick in the first half overall pretty decent!!
Kalou --> 8/10 --> Very Good game!! Made lot of good runs and delivered a few good crosses which Drogba couldn`t get at the end off!
Cole --> 6/10 --. Some how went missing in both halfs!
Drogba --> 8/10 Need I say more but could have put away those chances in the first half!!!
Will be a huge loss if Drogba decides to leave this season!! If Blues win the CL Drogba could stay back!!
while for Liverpool it would be Yossi & El Nino who would top the charts all the way!! What a move by Yossi for the liverpool goal!!

My analysis.....
A major flaw with Chelsea is that we sit on a goal lead and be content. We never push for a second goal and drop tempo. Thats what happened in the second half today. But we upped the tempo in extra time right when it matters.
Yes, Chelsea arn't the most appealing of teams, but we do it when it matters the most. Due to Mourhino's legacy. We're masters of last minute goals.
I bet Benitez will have a word or two for the press, as usual. He's next in Grumpyness after Wenger.
