its like you have got your name in the admission list on the website but there is a message at a bottom that says this does not have any legal validity ( this is what Chelsea supporters are putting their hopes on).its almost certain but you have to wait for the letter..

i would like this space to applaud steve bruce...when he took over at Wigan everyone on ESPN were saying that wigan have a team that is worse than Birmingham and they wont survive in this league. He proved everyone wrong and Wigan are now almost certain of safety...
one title already in the backpack now United can concentrate on UCl and make this season a double trophy season.

i can bring in more of serie-a and la liga provided everyone is interested and gets into a healthy conversation ..as rockball said mostly i see EPL discussions here other than UCL..we all tend to forget that the majority of the world's best strikers played and are playing in La-Liga and Serie-A or its maybe because BPL has more publicity than the other two..
my personal suggestion is that we should talk more of International football(including Euro 08 ),Serie-A and L-Liga other than EPL and UCL ..hope this is ok with all..

definitely... talk of other leagues is always welcome... i dunno bout the others but the only reason that i dont participate much in topics relating to la liga ans serie a is because i never get much of a chance to watch these matches live... and to me there is no point analysing a league or a team if one doesn't follow it regularly... another factor is that even if i do force myself to stay awake late night and watch a la liga match, the commentators will put me to sleep right away...

but hey Euro 08 talk will surely dominate this thread in the coming months... after the EPL thats the next thing im waiting for... though no England in it..:huh:

Sure, why not. The reason why they aren't discussed is because noone brings it up.


For a start: I hope Milan don't qualify for the UCL next season only because I hate their aging side.... Im not a big fan of Pato....


Intresting thing that I've noticed is.. Alot of big Serie A based based players don't mind swapping clubs in Italy itself. Pippo did it... Due to Juve scandal, the whole squad did... Seedorf, Crespo...
Its almost unheard of in other leagues. It is done there but the frequency with which these big players do so. Quite odd...
