Hey ankita

u can find a few on the knowledge @ wharton site... http://knowledge.wharton.upenn.edu do a search for CRM and a few results do turn up.... u cud also find a lot of articles on tech sites such as techrepublic.com . some of them are pretty neat.... a dekko at Harvad's working knowledge site http://hbswk.hbs.edu might also help.....

i searched the knowledge @ wharton site but it didnt give me nay results for CRM....thats why i was little puzzled.just now i was doing that only.......

What abt ur project?it is from buisness perspective or tech?
I am into tech side & also want to learn from buisness perspective.Do u know any courses/certifications in these as I am not planning for MBA.But can devote 1 yr time for part time MBA diploma or any distant courses.
