Any CRM good links?
Chit-Chat / Your Interests Talk about your interests, ambitions, obsessions. Make friends over common interests - soccer, poetry or rock bands. It's time to lay back and relax, you don't have to make sense.

Customer Relationship Management.

with increased competion, companies have realised dat it is much economical to "retain" a customer than to "acquire" a new one. dats y CRM has gained so much importance.

Re: Any global e-procurement Data/links? - 13-04-2006, 03:02 PM

Hey , Bumping this thread again after a while.

Anybody can help with the current global e-procurement market landscape? I know the players like Ariba/SAP/Oracle (Apps and Peoplesoft) but I'm looking to do a comaprative analysis between these players in terms of SWOT/Market share/Revenue pie etc for a project.

Any help in data/links relating to the global e-procurement scene will be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
