8 blasts in mumbai!!

The very lifeline of mumbai, the local trains have been targetted..The peak hours when people are rushing to get back to their loved ones, they are massacred in this horrendous manner. As I am writing this, my dad still hasnt reached home and there has been no contact with him..but hope being, I stay on the central line of railways. Frantically calling up friends, smsing n watching news on several different channels, is what I've been doing all evening...but could no longer watch those images any more.
1 lakh remuneration to the victim' realatives..said one news channel as announced by the govt. To hell with that money!!...what we want is assurance safety, security n a feeling of well-being...

The only thing I am proud of right now, is mumbaikars' spirit..the way ppl are helping out each other at the time of crisis, is overwhelming..thank god!! Humanity is still alive...somewhere.

very true...his resignation won't make any difference. coz none of our politicians have any guts to take any action against terrorism. they just know to issue statements,
appoint committees, to rename chowks, inagurate flyovers, riot in case a statue is desecrated etc...A bunch of impotent people..tats wat they are

I dont think so. This government is the weakest govt. India ever had.

Now we do not want consolations. We do not want commities . We do not want investigations. We do not want money for those who r killed.

We Need Action now. Why are we so afraid to do the right thing ???

wht happened in bombay (8 blasts in a row) is unacceptable.....
enough of handling the situation in so called matured manner.....being peaceful is onething and not taking action in such situations is another its idiotism.....
to hell with image in world forum and all that crap ...its of no use....till now couldnt manage to get a permanent seat in security council . and had to change our stand in iran case and now the nuclear deal has become a joke ...
its high time.....
as it is said attack is the best defence..... to beat the hell out of them.... only then they ll fear you ...respect you....obey you.....
i donno why cant we spend more money...and get that bloody indo pak loc on high alert always......kill the moment they try to enter our mother land...
they desrve no mercy.....they are not going to improve....teach them a lesson they remember for rest of decades to come.....

Man!!!!! Guts to take action against who????what??? . Take action against terrorism. How????????

Instead of behaving like the politicians and blaming all of them for it lets discuss how sleeper cells and and random grenade attacks can be stopped.

Israel if know to have the best Intelligence groups and have repeatedly failed, the US has rendered Impotent. Maybe its just the mechanism needed to deal with the way these acts are carried out, need to be different.......

And this is a thread that been dead for the past 6 months.. so much for our concern in debating terrorism..........

Why Manmohan singh?? Maybe its just anger. But the city and its infrastructure was always prone to these attcks courtesy and worse with the kind of people/capacity the city is running at.

Blame the politicians some other day and blame game atleast for today just shows that we aren't any different from the politicians who otherwise would indugle in.

Anyways just happy to get back home safely. Was at Andheri and had to go accross the railway track to get to the west.

And god bless Mumbai.................. There were locals along with the cops managing traffic. Buses were stopped by the various teams to prevent free flow of traffic for the emergency vehicles. Phone lines were jammed. But heard from other places as well that the police and with locals were giving water, snacks to passers by and soemone even said that they were moving to KEM to try donate blood and see if they could do something...Fine example of Mumbai in crisis.

that's all fine but where are those #@#$%$#% Shiv Saniks. They seem to more concerned for their dead mata stone idol rather than 150 inoccent people who died. If I have an options I would have killed 150 shiv saniks and there #$$#$%
