And by the way,the 250 rupees that you mentioned for haircuts...is it for a single session or cost of haircuts for 10 months(just like at Baroda!)? my personal exp...its easy in winters to sustain with regular oiling & conditioning , bt in summers they jst get worse....one can seriously try using the hair bands which jst tigtens there girp over the scalp and even aviod curlings...
