good to see one bhopali here!
pardon me for coming so late, am a bit worried about my AIMCAT scores--still arnd 75-80%ile n that too with clearing of only 2 cutoffs, trying to slog hard...but not upto it yet.
i was just checking only the posts related to TIME aimcats all these days.
anyways time to fill-up forms and figure out the chances... not yet though ;-)

Finally someone from Bhopal has joined in. Well i'm in the same stage as you. My %ile in CL mocks has been between 85 - 90 and have not been clearing QA cut off's....

I'm a commerce Grad with 4 years of work ex.... I've been preparing for cat for the past 3 months but the scores just dont improve.... How good are the TIME aimcats... Perhaps we can meet up and exchange papers and share other resources... What say you....

yeah u can get AIMCAT frm me n xerox it--the point is that they are always in circulation--one friend or the other keeps on borrowing it, so only thing u can do is get a copy of it.

nice to meet ya guys how prep goin...i'm having hard time to match my engg and CAT prep..they are becoming somewhat mutually exclusive events for me !!!

Its great to see response to this thread. Am pleased to know that PG has some representation from MP after all.

Ashish i do have 4 years and 7 months of work ex but if i cant clear the cut off's and dont get calls then what good is it. The best i have managed to score in QA in any of the CL mocks is 9. Now thats a pathetic score. I do manage to get 85-90 %ile as i always score more than 30 in VA and about 15-18 in DI/LR but QA is giving me sleepless nights.

As for my prep i am relying on just the material given by CL. I have been told by a couple of friends (who all happen to be IIM alumni) to consult Abhijeet Guha and/or RS Agarwal for QA. But with just 70 odd days to the D day i dont know if I should pick up new stuff now or just practise the old one. What say you guys.... All advise is welcome....

Do write about your strategy for CAT 05......

Amazing post man. I never knew that there were so many Bhopali's who made it to IIM's and other top B schools. I do recognise a few of my juniors from Campion School. Great Source of Motivation man....

You didnt tell about yourself... What inst have you passed out from.... Is the name with the * you in that list....

Well the thread is finally moving... Please guys keep posting... Like roark said we have the responsibility to represent bhopal at the top B schools this year...
