first of all congrats on taking admission here...as far as i think we should purchase our comps in bhopal itself as thr s no point in carrying comps thousand kms.but if u already ve an spare one in ur home u can carry one.as far as lap top s concerned the campus snt wi fi n laptop in most probability ll be reduced doin the work of a comp...but tht ll surely help in presentations n stuffs like tht.for this we sholud enquire frm seniors.as far as books r concerned thr s no point i9n buying them...as i thinkl the library ll be sufficient fr us...but if we need em at all we ll purchase after consulting seniors n teachers....no point in worrying abt thses things....just check out at orientation n ve blast

me kunal here...the uy u meet in all interviews...hehe...mica...nirma...iifm etc....me too in waitlisted 1 and i m taking admission.what abt tht other guy wd u?did he get selected.i m joining iifm...n i ve plans...do decide well before u join imdr pune...this s what i can tell u on this forum

hello kunal..... u got any idea how many took the seats from the 1st merit list category? when i called the institute on 6th morning they said they can tell only by monday morning..... giving some time for the students in case of some postal delays... am 4th on the wait list.. God alone knows whether i will make it.

be cool man ...u got to make it...jst keep those 40000 rs ready ..i also called on monday...since my wait list no is one..they told that i ve made it...and letters ll be send by tuesday...as far as no of students clearing it...they told tht they ve to take a decision on tht....but as far as i think....at least 7-8 conversions frm wait list in general category should be thr.so u stand a full chance.i know three ppl who ve not taken admission thr who wr in the first wait list.so u be cool n be ready to rock iifm.
i would like to suggest u to call iifm again...now they shpuld be able to give u a clear idea.

Can anyone tell me till what waitlist no. have people got in ...I m here to check this info for a friend of mine who is at waiting no. around 50s ...any chances for him ?
