Didn't attend - MICA, TAPMI
GD at IIM-I - Best that could have happened.(Great)
PI at IIM-I - Otherwise Good, but got caught in some questions related to grad subjects. (why didn't i study more

)
But, converted the call so don't think it interview was that bad..(but plz this year aspirants..prepare your grad subjects very well)
Rest all were good gds and ok pi.. (don't what went wrong with kjsom

Now that I am thru.. you know it actually is not that tough as it is made to be.. all it required is a overall developed personality, confidence, decent communication skills(koi english me M.A. karne ka jaroorat nahi hai) and most importantly aspiration to be there on the top, the hunger to be there is what B-schools check and want in a candidate.
For gds its not like you speak the most and you are in.. make a good show of group work.. let others participate, motivate others, make sure that the gd is always on track, bring in some good points and a lot of examples(read newspapers and magazines) and stay assertive but not aggressive.
As for the written test(online now) only a lot of practice and patience is required. You need to have good score in all the sections.
So chill out.. prepare well and best of luck
