article 370 is out if my scope.... i didnt take much intrest in such affairs ever and now i have to prepear a presentationon article 370 n i dont understand what was it y was it formed and what is it all abt......

it didnt help cozi am a technical back ground student and i dont unedrstand the words written in that article
