about IMDR pune

hi e1,
well i want the info abt IMDR pune. i didnt find much threads on it so starting a new one. well what is the selection procedure. is there a GD or group task(gt)??????. bcos they hv written in there call letter that there is group task(gt) and pi. and what is the difference between gd and gt. what abt the pi???? how do they take students, i mean what is the preference order. work ex, acads etc.
