saurav here, i must admit my mistake that i started the thing of passing down contact no, i was not aware of the things.....so guys hows ur studies going on? if u really need papers u can contact me on my mail id. gregarious_saurav@yahoo.com.....well guys i already said that i want all good guys to b together to push each other n together to b in IIM'S .....well i met my friend frm iim ahmedabad, n ya wat the thing was written on his shirt, branded for life.....cool na
well its not me who wants to b branded but i want all of u guys to sit in IIM's next yr.....
well m totally against IMS papers as i feel that papers r wierd n ims toppers r consistent in not permoning in CAT....CL series is good n ya PRIME is also good...time is good for student base..but last yr time betrayed students while they gave 518(god that was cruel joke) .............
u ll get all papers frm me, as i formed group of students n we all sit together to attempt papers......
i had talk with rahul also, he is intrested in joining me with my dream of gathering all toppers of pune at one place n attempting paper together....
i feel u all must b agree to me.

Hi All,

Am "SAILOR83" a 2005 passout in Eng. from Pune. Currently working in a small IT set-up in Mumbai nd prepng for CAT/XL as well as TISS (HR COURSE).

Had appeared last yr. for CAT. Managed just around 96 %ile. XL...bad perfo. TISS- knocked out.

Burning the midnight DIYA for CAT. Not too comfy. with DI. Am trying to get an handle on Quants and have improved. Verbal okay.

Being a "PUNEKARI", want to hang on this thread and contribute and get useful info in return.

Joined PG recently and hence new to u, but will get to know you better in a matter of time.

Is anybody out there with the IMS CAT INTENSIVE course that has just started?
I need some advice here.
I was asked to join this course as I had managed to clear the cutoff's in the last IMS SimCAT.
I have never before attended any kind of coaching for CAT prep, so wanted to know how usefull it might be.
I attended the sessions this weekend but couldnt really decide if it was worth spending the time in the classes as it takes up the whole day .

I have not attended classes before either...found maths pretty useful..lots of fundae I didn't know before & I'm sure my performance in number theory will improve..
I'm not sure about English. It seemed to me that the session created more problems than solutions....
Unless you are good at Math n cross the cutoffs easily everytime, atleast the Math lecs seem like a good idea
