Yes buddy, i m giving cet this sunday!!!!!!!! and on monday i ve GD/PI at IIT Mumbai for MBA program at IIT Roorki.....i know , i will not join even if get admission. still i believe, it will b good experience for next year`s GD/PI of premier institutes.

hi anupam,

cherian here. live in pune. took CAT 2004. messed in di. no calls. did not take any other exam. working with tata motors. thought i should get back to some prelim studies. have to focus well this time. hectic work schedule make it tough though. i have joined corr course with CL. material is good. TIME does not have corr. just check though. one good way of making yourself work is to pre decide with someone what to study for the week and then eval the status by the end of it. let try that since our work timings are almost and maybe study material too. not got back to full fledged study. working around the periphery though. keep in touch

Lemme introduce myself as one of the senior members of this wonderful forum.. I have taken CAT twice.. 2003 and 2004 .. but on both occassions had to bite dust..
CAT 2003 : overall percentie of 97.34 calls: MDI, SPJain, NITIE.. converted MDI..but dint go.
CAT 2004 : overall percentile of 94.58 calls: 0 .
Now am back to the den...
I am very new to Pune.. just joined Tata Consultancy Services a few months back. Had my initial training in Trivandrum .. was allocated to Pune.. and joined Pune on 25th January..Curently am staying at Vimannagar..( with 3 more friends.. none of them are interested in CAT) My hectic work schedule won't permit me to attend any classroom training.. but I'll be availing CL's or TIME's correspondence.. and wud be going for a test series as well ( most probably TIME.. )
Now a days I am trying to improve on my reading skills.. .. will start with the basics in march..Today I took the IMS prelim test..i took it as a warm up excercise.. didn't score well but ya.. got a taste of CAT..
Nice to see ppl turning up for this thread.. we can surely meet someday to schedule /plan our preps..
that's it for the time being..

in pune i will vouch for CAreer Launcher for dedicated faculty. materialwise also CL good
as i ve its material and m looking for TIME material so might b joining it.

of course, let`s meet once group gets bigger and bigger.

btw does anyone ve TIME material , plz contact me. i ve CL material and willing 2 give it 4 xeroxing if anyone want.

ya.. even i think that nowz the time to really focus on RC.. its one thing which can surely earn us rich dividends.. what we need to do is to read a lot.. and need to cover up pretty dic\verse topics as well..

A Brief History of Time - Stephen Hawkings

Rich Dad , Poor Dad ( for those who want to take up finance as their specialization..)

Shud also lay our hands to some globalisation/economy books.. don't have details of them now..
The Next sage shud be to setup our own srategies to tackle the RC section.. qs1at, reading later or the other way round.. there r plenty of thread in this forum which shall help us make strategies..

Govi.. I am pretty new to Pune.. am in Vimannagar now.. how far is Kondwa from vnagar.. I do come to Tadiwala rd everyday..( my office..) is the place somewhere nearby ??
