CL Boot Camp

I had gone to my CL centre today and was informed bout this 2 day residential camp...
I dunno if this thing is something CL does every year or some new idea...
does neone have any idea bout whther tis worth the two dayz + 500 bucks
guyz if anyone is plannin on goin then lets get together on this thread..

Well, i just read the post right now and i want to ask you whther you can furnish any details of what the boot camp is all about. I mean i have heard from my freidns that Cl does organize a boot camp for 2 days(as u have rightly pointed it out) and they say that it is good. In fact some even say that its the best thing they have ever attended till date. The bootcamp that they were talking about was on the group discussions and the pros and cons of ones answers in an interview. Also, they suggest methods and strategies whereby you can improve upon your answers and create a positive imression on the interviewer.

Do let me know what this bootcamp is all about. coz if its the saem, then i will definitely join in..!! will be awaiting your reply..

ya its the same thing that you're talking about....two day of GD\PIs...costs 500 bux n is taking place somewhere on the Delhi-Jaipur highway.

The only reason me thinking of joining is that only IIM call junta will be there so you'd probably get to know the level of peeps with whom you'd be competing.

AFAIK only CL junta is allowed.

Hi ppl just had our boot camp in mumbai on jan 29 n 30th...
There were 27 of us among whom 6 were frm nagpur.3 pune4 and the rest mumbai ppl...It was a gr8 experience..will write abt it in detail later but cl peeps donaa miss it..500 Rs is nothing for what u will get there..
Ia m going to mdi 4 my gd/pi there and hav to catch atrain in 2 hrs so forgive me--pura schedule bataonga agli baar..

Lets hope the boot camp is good else it is two days of sheer wastage of time and energy. Keeping fingers crossed and going for the camp

I second Puneet (atb for ur mdi)... the bootcamp was a great experience ... two days PACKED with learning and fun too (thts jst as important)... THe GD drills and presentations really helped and the experential learning exercises were fun ...The best part was the exhaustive (and exhausting) PI session.... Got the most blunt feedbck i've ever got but it's better to know whr ur goin wrong in the mocks than on the IIM date

Hi everyone,
I am at Kanpur and around 8-10 of us at IIT are thinking of attending this CL boot camp. The CL website says that there are three tentative dates for the camp. We wanted to know how many people have already registered for these camps to decide the appropriate date.. Any kind of info about the agenda of the camp???? I hope some student of CL Delhi will be able to dig this information out for us.

What do u guys mean when u say..."nice" about the CL BOOT camp...how useful will it be. I am already having practice GDs and PIs with CL. I really dont see any point in wasting two full days hanging out at a resort......
What say????
