One more bit of info...Did you know that marking on the OMR sheet with about 100 attempts would take about 15 minutes...Imagine if you can perfect the art of marking on the OMR sheet in about 5 seconds...That would mean you could do the marking in 7-8 minutes..(seven minutes saved is valuable ?)
So read as much as you can ......and if you do maths and DI ...just focuss on accuracy for the time being | k guyz on to prep for RC...i have few doubts in it.
ultimately u have to answer the questions at the end of the passage. So do u guyz just strafe through the passage aimlessly or focus on something in the passge and make points(mentally) related to that??
While practising many advice to start reading different articles..but what shud we focus on???just read the article and leave it???make fine points outaa that article??? |
I wud suggest that u go by reading the questions first...
By reading the questions first
1) u will know the area to which the RC pertains - current affairs or history or religion..
2) Also u can judge the toughness of the RC, whether it is direct or inference based..
3) sometimes, u will given a phrase from the para and will be asked the meaning of it.. so while u read the RC, u can just underline the phrase and move on and come back directly to the para while asnwering the questions
4) largely helps to skip the unwanted portions of the RC if u had read the questions first.
Lastly, it worked for me..

I moved on from 3 RCs per paper to n or n-1 RCs per paper
