S P Jain interview questions

hi,
i have gone thru all the SPjain thread but not found one thread discussing about the interview questions .... mostly discussing on SP 's calling methodology . I would propose lets try to help each other in answering some questions which will halp us all ...
1 What are the attributes of an ideal job for you?
2 What would you like your lasting impression to be?
3 Why did you decide to get an MBA?
4 Why are you pursuing this field?
5 What qualities should a successful manager possess?
6 Are you creative? Give me an example. What have you
done that you consider creative?

For most of the questions that you have listed, the answers are totally based on you....yourself!!
no one can help you answer them...

hi Neonic,
I know the questions i asked were person to person based but those are the most common questions they ask in interviews , thus what i meant was let us share our answers .. with that we all will get a clue about what to answer .. eg. surely most people's decision to do an MBA may not be same but there will be many reasons which span across people .. i just think we should share our ideas and all try to get thru the interviews ....

If this thread is in place anyway, lets utilise it for sharing any info about GI questions and experiences strictly. The discussion on the other thrad is now more oriented towards sharing the date and time of interviews..
