Hi All,

Just recieved the call letter of NIA, Pune.

Anybody having the idea about it's worth and should one go for very specialized field like insurance.

Did u get call letter by mail or u got the call by mail.

have they asked u for 30,000/=00 D.D.

Ihave received both. I am yet to decide whether to go. They have asked me to bring a DD of Rs 30,000. Thats a lot of money..... to book my seat if i get thru...

Hi Friends,

I have visited the NIA campus actually my father is deputy manager in National Insurance so i went once with him . He talks very highly of the institute and the future plans which the institute has for its future .
The institute has a tie up with Fairfax universities and a management training institute in UAE .I had a talk with one of the professors there and he said that the managemnt program is not entirely insurance dependent and is very much general just like other MBA programs .

Can u tell me about the the salary package which ppl after passing out are expected to get.
Also i also work in ICICI Prudential life Insurance as a Unit Manager so can u take idea from ur father that at what designation ppl passing from NIA are going to be placed.

This is very crucial so plz Mayank find it out to perfection.

The fees for the entire course is around 5lakhs. do u think it will b worth joinin the institute. Since no batch has passed out till now, what can b expected about their placements?
