No offence taken either. When I was responded to your earlier post, I was definitely kidding abt work-ex ppl hampering freshers' learning

I think freshers can learn a lot from work-ex ppl, and vice-versa. Thats the entire idea of having diversity in a batch, right?

Congrats on your MDI admit and best of luck!

I doubt about the vice versa thing though ... i think freshers can learn a lot from work ex guys but the other way round is not true .. c'mon all work ex guys were once freshers and 1 - 2 yrs u don't forget everything , unlike freshers without any work ex know nothing about the way companies function ..they have a lot more to learn ...

Talking Called up SPJ - 04-03-2005, 12:36 PM

Folks,

I called up SPJ to find out abt the results. Asked for admissions coordinator and was directed to a very curt woman, I think I may have a fair idea who she is. Anyways she said result will be put on the web in 2 to 3 hours .. then she corrected herself and said 2 to 3 days .. and again corrected herself to say 2 to 3 weeks
I have a feeling she was as clueless as we are. Maybe people studying in SPJ could give us an accurate picture. HELP!!!

Hey buddy,

This is a sad state of affairs.. i dont think it would have felt that irritating if she had said 3 weeks at the first place Anyway.. lets average out the whole thing and probably assume 2-3 days.. we dont seem to be getting any accurate info from any source.. so theres nothing to do but wait...

Regards,
Aarthi.

Hey guys ...

I ve asked some of my friends in SP about the results . They ll let me know soon . I ll post as soon as i get any news..

Also i feel we ve given it our best shot in the GI s and all that can be done now is wait .... I dont think v serve any purpose by sweating too much over the result date .

So all i would suggest is to sit back and wait ( Gulp down some beers if it ll help )

cheers...

i am of the view that sharing anxieties and our thoughts will help reduce a bit of pressure....we all know the dates are not announced but we can certainly share some of our feelings right.....

Hi.. would like to take on the cue from Ajain.. and share some of my feelings...
actually .. i think i should restrain from sharing my feelings... feelings..which generally affects the lower half of my anatomy more thatn the upper half.. though many believe that its just a reaction to the subtle actions that happening up there in the mind !..

Yes.. i do seriously feel that i should restrain myself from sharing my feelings.. .. feelings so strong.. that defy the greatest law named after Newton !..

.. feelings that at times are brandished as " pent up ".. but i think "pant up" would be equally apt..

yes..No more.. I should restrain my feelings .. else the moderator will block my posts !!..

cheers..
