Hey, thanks for the amazing offer...lets see how many of us actually end up at ur place for the party
Me too got a soft spot for SP..it was my first call, and esp after the CAT debacle was such a relief..will love them for that ..even if i dont make it..

Well looking at the response I think if I make it through S.P. my home will become a club house would not mind that as long as i make it


Anyways just some ifo for u guys............ just called up S.P. and tehy said that the results will be out by mid-march.............

hoped they would bring it out a little earlier as I ahve to pay fees at SCMHRD by 10th

anyways hope he told me the worst case scenerio and maybe it will be out a little earlier

So we have a long wait .. nyway how many calls will be given ... i mean MDI gave 360 calls for some 200 seats .. can we expect the same for SP or less..

are party leni ho to na time dekha jata hain na din specially jab koi bakra cutne ko tayar ho to..... to agar we make it be prepared to handle a gang of people at ur places buds...

buddy, ab kya farak padta hai ... be it 200 or 400... i believe adcom junta wud b uploading/filtering the results on thursday (the only holiday SP people get + they wud b taking atleast a day's rest after their exams) & probably is weekend result aana chahiye... (my personal opinion)

Anyway do any one of u has an idea abt the initial deposit tht we need to pay to secure admission & time we get to pay the same.

anything for the great ppl on PG.........

ashish dont have much idea about the intial install ment and stuff.............. maybe guys from S.P. or soem enlightened soul can help us out on this............ but I am sure whatever it is none of us would mind paying it

This is such a long wait ...

I hate to be a party-pooper, but this is something that I have been thinking as well .. tell me your back-up plans. I know many people have multiple interview calls and some seem to have admits in other b-schools as well.

Mine is simple - CAT 2k5 and maybe a job change as well. One main reason I didn't seriously think of changing my current job last year was because I wanted to focus on CAT 2k4. Now I feel the job change, if it had happened, would not have made much of a diff to my performance. So if my only call bombs, then CAT 2k5 it is

would b going to onsite soon... (not confirmed yet)

IF SP (final admit) >0
return back in 2 months
ELSE
prolong my onsite stay &
reapply after 2 yrs in international B schools
END-IF.

I will be on the jet the following week - off to onsite ,if sp result goes for a toss ( god forbid )

my boss ,says "you say yes and i kick you to onsite in one week"

me taking leave till next week
if the wait goes one , i extend for 1 more week and finish all my leaves
