Welcome to the "SPJ just missed" club arun .....no amount of work-ex, percentile,acads,quality of essays will guarantee u a call in any institute.....it depends on what the AdCom people are looking out for on any given day....one day they might think u application deserves a call, the next day they might not.......so get over it and look ahead...

My interview slot is on Feb20th. I plan to leave chennai on Feb 18th morning by train. Nebody planning to have the travel on the same day, pls lemme know. We can travel 2ghtr and share our anxiety. Basically I am working a Software company...

Please reply ASAP so that ticket booking will be easier.

Hii,
i got a call from SP last yr too. seems like the interview calls aint based on CAT scores. in the first round of interview questions were : why mba? why in mktg? and cross ques on essyas.
in second round i had hard luck. me was lone boy and rest 7 gals(very pretty!!) and all doing eco Hons !!! the first ques was india's $100Bn forex: asset or liability?
second topic was shud censorship be allowed ?(how can i say yes!!)
third topic was on india shining campaign.
in all second round was more of GD types but no time constraint and we get ample time to xplain ourselves. our second round was 50 minutes long!!
wish me luck this time. my interview on 19th feb and mez in b'lore these days. work ex in 6months +

Any idea how the 15th-16th Jan sessions have been ? people who have completed their interviews ,it would really help the others if you post your interviews details..

I heard the ist round is on the form ..so guys better be prepared to justify whatever was written in the form...

Mine is on 12th Feb 2 pm...(Marketing specialistaion) Anyone on that day or time.?
