After y'day even i had though that my chapter is closed for 2005 and i had given up all hopes.So guys relax, am sure that most of you still have a very good chance of receiving that email. I think they are sending out emails in phases.

btw,how are people planning to pay the first installment ,mail the draft
or in person!
