Well, i was quite disappointed to see that the next list would be coming after 2 days. I have to take major decisions in my office. Don't know how long will i b able to keep client & visa processing on hold

. Some Observations:

This is the FIRST of multiple(cant say how many) lists.....
Rather than coming out with a list that is 200-300 names long for about 150 seats(assuming that the seats remain constant....they might go up...i have no clue)...they've gone for staggered lists....the size of the subsequent lists will depend on the response from the first list......
since there are only 111 names in the first list....you can be rest assured that there will be a second list EVEN if all 111 people accept admission..... |
Neonic, i'm sure if SP is doing this there must be some reason behind this weirdness. However, i'm unable to understand why cud not SP come with atleast 150 offers(assuming 150 total seats) rather than 111. You have also said tht EVEN if all 111 accepts the offer than also there wud be atleast one more list. This shows tht the first list is indeed a partial list of offers made. Moreover, not everyone checks his/her mail daily... don't u think a 48 hr confirmation deadline is unfair... (i used to check my mails every weekend before net was provided to everyone without restrictions in office). Is SP calling these candidates personally to inform tht an offer has been made... (i believe not). Also, with just a 2 day deadline, most of the people will confirm even is they don't intend to join SP. In Short: The purpose of concurrent lists every 3rd day is lost as everyone will confirm. Hence, final picture will be clear on after 7th April.
My view: Atleast 200 offers should have been made in the first list with a confirmation deadline of atleast 1 week.

The game's getting more excited... with more turns n curves anyone cud have fathomed...

Lets hope everyone wins in the end (win-win for both applicants & SP)

175k + 50k (for laptop) in 3 weeks is big deal for me atleast. Will SP facilitate in getting a loan & discounts on laptops...?
Waiting for the replies & txs for taking time to patiently answering our queries.
