Lost Admit Card!!! Seniors plz help

Hi,
I have got all six IIM gd/pi calls.. But, unfortunately I have lost my cat admit card. I want to know the procedure for getting a duplicate admit card.. Is the cat admit card needed during gd/pi or any other admission process? Any one who had the same problem before, plz reply soon.

contact the IIM which issued u the admit card. Show as much proof as u can to establish ur identity and that you had the card (photocopy mebbe), the cat bulletin's no. etc. Contact numbers are found in the bulletin.

there was one guy frm iitb too last yr who lost his admit card .. and has got
calls

Do the following

Take the print outs of all ur results frm net .
When u go to interview take along with you ur 3rd copy of bank Slip + brochure( which contains app form number) + ur ID/passport

that will be enough

but still in case of doubt contact IIM via phone

Firstly congrats on 6 calls!! I have been following all ur posts abt the mockcats..U really deserve this man, after ur swashbuckling performance in the mockcats and u were worried that you wouldn't get even 1 call from IIM's U are my Idol!!

Go to the resp. IIM's website where u sent ur appln. Email them about ur problem. U will be asked to pay Rs 100~ to get a duplicate IIM Admit card which will be mailed to you. Take this along with ur Mark Sheet/CAT bulletin/pay in slip. U shd be okay.

My sincere prayers that U will make to the IIM of your choice! Next time u post in PG, I want and "IIM X 2005-2007" under ur name

Thanks for your wishes and information. I wanted to know how and where did you get this information about sending Rs 100/- and getting a duplicate admit card. I had called IIM Lucknow and they said that nothing can be done about it. Later IIM Calcutta admission incharge said that if I produce a xerox of admit card(which I have ) and F.I.R of admit card being lost, I will get the duplicate admit card. I am confused with the varied response I am getting. Anyway, today I mailed 4 IIMs about my problem.. I hope to get the admit card soon so that I can concentrate on the next stage.
