Yaar, forgive me but I couldn't help picking this thing up.
I don't think you should worry about any class's 'success rate'. Just see what the class's USP is (and I don't think a class's USP can just be its success rate), and see if that is what you want. In case of Malay Ray, he began off teaching students only from engineering or science background because he likes to discuss economics and finance in detail, and students who have already studied all this in college would get bored or restive. We do have GD and PI training but that is only a small part of the thing. Plus you'll have to decide if you are ready for the long classes. Today we began a little after 10 and continued till 3, after which we had a case-study discussion which lasted till 4:00. Plus he'll begin his weekday classes too. He doesn't have separate batches as such and if anyone joins later, he'll have to cover up by himself, or talk to him to brush him up a bit. The pace is still fairly relaxed right now, and will get intensive after XAT and FMS tests.
Btw, as far as the success rate is concerned, Mr Ray claims 100%, though having known seniors from my college who have prepared with him over the last 4 years, I would peg it slightly less than that
