For qn no 98 in the cat retest paper given in bulletin
If a,a+2,a+4 are prime nos, then no of possible solutions for a is-
The key suggests the answer is 2
but in my opinion ,it shud be 1
-3,5,7 is the only pair...and no other pairs are possible
-1,3,5 is not a pair...since the number 1 is neither prime nor composite
so can someone enlighten if I have done some mistake?? | | | | | | | |
