Apart from question 42, I have the following doubts:
Question 105: Can the no of people suffering with polio be equated with the total no of polio cases? And will you assume the same if the disease was different than polio?

Question 113: Since excess balance over the statutory minimum is mentioned and we know the balance from the table, we can find out the statutory minimum as well..

Q 105 ... the question only talks of number of reported polio cases and not of people suffering from polio. But even if it were otherwise ... you can assume them to be the same (i think).

Q 113 ... Their solution does not seem to be correct. But it still seems to be "cannot be determined" because of this last friday funda ... it need not be the last day of the month. So we don't have any data for the last friday.

I had not noticed that. Then they are probably making a distinction between BALANCE and BALANCE WITH RBI. But technically, it should be determinable .

Some relief after TIME mock.

On first impression, I thought it's IMS mock with its style and content.

Scoring 72.33. Quant 22, VA/RC 20.66(wouldn't clear the cut-off for sure),
DI 29.66.

Well ...another bad day :(

Was still in the festive mood when i walked into the class...and had to pay for it ...

Pretty easy paper and i wud say 70+ is a good score ..and this wud've been possible with 85+ attempts and with a decent accuracy ..and this number of attempts is itself daunting for most of the guys...

Well as for me started off with VA ...

First 10 min ..was thru with the EU part.... ( 20 attempts and 5 wrong ) ...

Next 3 min ..wasted in choosing which passage to attempt ...in the end decided to go with the first passage...10 min ( 6 attempts , 2 wrong ) .. felt outta place as i was still in the festive mood and by the time i looked at my watch 10min elapsed by then.....had to rush thru the next phase of rc ... got one passage ( office design ) full correct...and rest was horrible...attempted 3 qns in roman holiday passage and all wrong..

VA - 39 / 27 / 12 - 23 ( 45 min )

Next DI ...
Started with DS ... got 3 consecutive answers as cannot be answered using both statements and that was enough to shake my confidence...i felt ..i've done some mistake...stopped there and went to di sets...was going thru ...cudnt find many qns to attempt....cudnt get the hang of the cricket set and as a result of which ended up attempting 3 of them with cant be determined as options...last LR sets were damn easy ...ansewered both the sets in less than 3 min ..

DI - 39 / 29 / 10 - 25.67 ( 40 min )

Next QA
Got stuck with a couple of qns ...but then wisdom dawned upon me when i looked at my watch ..and was jumping from one page to another trying to spot the sitters...

QA - 20 / 18 / 2 - 17.33 ( 35min )

Total - 98 / 74 / 24 - 66

Hope i clear all the sectional and overall cutoffs...

Things I need to take care of for the next mock are....

# Dont lose the touch and art of reading rcs ...( didnt touch them due to festival ) ..keep pushing urself and keep track of time...

# Dont mark " Canot be determined blindly " specially when u feel u didnt understand the set properly ...( Cricket DI set )

# Dont get surprised if you get the same option for more than 3 consecutive qns

# Mind your ( my ) accuracy ...( have been thinking before every mock ..but some things dont change )
