Hey guys..this week we had 515 instead of 514...
so lets post in here all abt AIMCAT 515...

i feel Qunat was good...with decnt VA and DI...

felt all the 3 sections were very similar to what we can expect on 21st..
what do u all say ??

me too took 515
wtf was VA

RCs in CAT arnt this tuf...r they

not calculated scores yet..will end up in the early 60s
wheres all the junta....no scores till now and tis alredy 2 hrs since the paper

VA was tough, thats for sure.Is this the actual cat standard?
I felt that the questions 27-28 in quant was quite ambiguous ....the speeds could be both (18,36) as well as (24,30).

everytime VA/RC is on tougher side, the whole paper is considered to be tough just b'coz people score very heavily in that section.
would be surprised if topper scores above 75 in 515.

phew.. my net score of 46 speaks volumes about the standard of the verbal section.. literally screwed verbal..

will end up somewhere in 800s.. this time..

the eng section i felt was very tough... my score is 59..

section 1 - 16.33
section 2 - 20.33
section 3 - 22.33

i also felt ds was very tricky... i think vikas n mayank wud hav scored somewhere around 80... will know soon though

1 VA 37/22/15......... 17
2QA 17/11/6............9
3 DI 27/19/8............16.33

Overall 42.33...will be around 94 i beleive..will not clear quant..might scrape through in verbal..(actually very confident of scraping through

i am bottoming out now..a month before the cat..extremely imperitive to pick up and run now...

PS: when would you guys recover from the shock and post your score.Vikas might be out 77...78 in this paper(pls post ur score you are our barometer to measure the difficulty level)

Me ...pathetic score of 43 will a bad RC/VA section.
